How We Work:

With HomeWise, it’s as easy as “1-2-3” for a winning home repair and improvement experience:

1. We start by answering your important phone inquiry in-person. You will be greeted by a live person - not an answering machine - who will take down your contact information and gather all the important specifics about your project.

For Projects less than 4 hours:

2. Our Office Manager will gather the information and provide a verbal project cost range and, if approved, will then schedule a convenient time for a member of our WiseMen team to come out for a visit.
3. Your assigned Service Tech will confirm the project cost, and then if approved, will go on to complete the job on-the-spot. A $39 evaluation fee will be charged if you decide not to have the work performed.

For Projects more than 4 hours:

2. Our Office Manager will gather the information and schedule a walk-through with one of our Service Techs at a convenient time for you.

3. After the walk-through, we will call and email you a project cost detailing the entire process to complete your project. Once you’ve approved the project cost we’ll schedule services.

For large remodels or basement finishes:
2. Our Office Manager will gather the information and schedule a walk-through with our Project Manager (Lynda), and Operations Manager (Jim), at a convenient time for you. At the walk through they will gather your vision and needs for the space, take measurements, offer suggestions and ideas.

3. After the walk-through, Jim and Lynda will sit down with you to explain the entire process. They will share computer-generated layout options, material samples, provide allowance list and a detailed project schedule. And once the project gets started HomeWise will complete your project on time, on budget, with finished space that you’ll be proud of.
