The HomeWise Promise:
Unique qualities important to you
that HomeWise guarantees for your home repair & improvement
needs:
1. On-time appointments: Our policy is
to never be late nor miss appointments, but on those few
rare occasions when circumstances are beyond our control,
we’ll make a one-time allowance of $25 towards your
project!
2. Convenience and flexibility: Hours including
evenings, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m.-6:30 p.m. and Friday 7a.m.-5
p.m. You have the option to supply your own materials or
we can shop and pick them up for you.
3. No surprises. We provide a written project
cost and stick to it. We charge by the project and not by
the hour that way you’re ensured peace of mind knowing
exactly what the project will cost. If at anytime you want
to add to or alter the project in process, we’ll provide
a written change order before the additional work begins.
4. Clear, thorough and effective
communication. From the
first time you call us to the completion of your project,
we provide ongoing telephone, and email communication:
Our Service Tech will walk you through your project, ask
the right questions, and offer helpful advice. He will figure
out the best plan for your home and budget.
For larger remodeling projects our Project Manager (Lynda),
and Operations Manager (Jim), will sit down with you to explain
the entire process. They will share computer-generated layout
options, material samples, provide allowance list and a detailed
project schedule. We will complete your project on time,
on budget, with finished space that you’ll be proud
of.
5. 111% Satisfaction Guaranteed. We won’t
be satisfied until you are completely satisfied. We guarantee
all our workmanship.
6. Professionalism. Our
Service Tech’s
are experienced, uniformed and fully licensed and insured.
They’ve been in the construction business for years
and will gladly recommend solutions, alternatives and tips
to maintain your home.
7. Respect of property. We respect your
home by treating it like our own, taking all the necessary
precautions such as putting on shoe covers when entering
your home to laying down drop cloths to protect your floor
and furniture to safeguard against any messes.
